Senior Graphic Designer

I’ve been a Graphic Designer for over 20 years and worked within the Brand and Licensing industry for most of that time. I have worked with some amazing, fun and exciting brands, and helped produce some fantastic Annuals, Activity books and games. Each year I look forward to seeing what new titles I get to work on and I still get a buzz when I see our books in the shops!

Outside of work I coach a youth football team, love going to the beach and go surfing as often as I can, and spend time with my family.

Favourite LBB Brand: Definitely Shoot! I grew up reading Shoot as a child, so to be able to say I design Shoot Annuals and Activity books is surreal and awesome at the same time.

Graphic Designer

I’m a graphic designer with several years of experience in children’s publishing. Having previously designed children’s magazines and now working on children’s books, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of fun and exciting brands.

Outside of work I love watching F1 with my partner, am a total Swifty and a Chelsea diehard!

My favourite brand to work with at LBB is Pokémon. Growing up with the card game and Game Boy games, it’s exciting to design work involving a brand I love.

Executive Assistant

I am primarily responsible for supporting Matt and Rachel and ensuring that the Team as a whole are happy and content. I undertake a variety of tasks and my role is ever changing and developing. I take pride in the success of our team and do whatever I can to support them.

Outside of work I can usually be found on some sort of bike, reading my book with a nice glass of wine, or completing a ridiculously difficult jigsaw puzzle.

Favourite LBB brand is definitely Shoot! I come from a very strong footballing background and absolutely love these annuals!

Responsible for Supply and Finance

I have nearly 8 years of experience in the licensing and publishing industry and find it just as interesting now as when I first started. I love seeing the product evolve from concept to a physical product on the shelf.

Outside of work I love having fun on the Devon coastline with friends and family. In my spare time I like to watch my boys play various sports, read and walk our crazy dog

Favourite LBB brand: I love the Gigantosaurus brand, I think the characters and stories are great fun and really like the artwork.

Studio Manager

With nearly 20 years’ experience of designing and managing some of the UK’s best-selling Annuals, I still get excited to be working with well-known characters and brands, and enjoy creating on trend, entertaining and educational children’s titles, with our creative partners.

Time away from the office is spent with my family, spending time with my son and sharing books together. My favourite LBB brand is Minecraft. I’ve impressed my son with my knowledge of this game, thanks to our gaming guide!

Managing Director, Responsible for Sales and Licensing

Matt has been working in the licensing and publishing industry since 2009, previously in sales with Kellogg’s for 10 years. Matt started LBB in 2016 with a desire to delight and engage our licensors, retailers and readers with our ‘hands on’ approach to everything we do!

Matt’s main passions are selling, rugby and his family and friends, with a belief that ‘If you can’t have fun doing it, don’t do it!’ in everything he does.

Matt’s favourite LBB brand: “Myself and my boys are sports mad and Shoot! has been a MUST READ ever since my childhood! It has certainly cemented itself as ‘The Voice of Football’ and I love all its exclusive interviews, news features and fun activities.”
