1. Delivery

Orders will be dispatched next working day, you can select Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked service.

Please note we can only ship to UK addresses at this time.

2. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• Certain items are non-returnable, including:

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support at books@littlebrotherbooks.co.uk. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
